Developed as part of the ongoing conservation and rehabilitation of the Ghica Manor in Ghergani, a historic estate of national interest,  Rhabillage has supported the Ghica Manor Association since 2022 through grant development, communication strategy and community engagement. The methodological approach connects the technical process of heritage conservation with local awareness, education and participation, supporting the long-term ambition to reactivate the estate as a local cultural and educational landmark.

For the past 4 years, Rhabillage has coordinated communication activities accompanying the restoration processes, including interviews with architects, specialists and contractors explaining the complexity and significance of the interventions. The organisation also facilitated community participation in the design of the historic park, organising a co-design workshop through which local participants contributed ideas for its future use. Educational activities with local pupils further introduced the history and values of the estate and encouraged creative approaches to its future.

The work demonstrates an integrated model connecting heritage conservation, fundraising, technical knowledge, public communication and participatory planning, creating stronger links between professionals, public institutions and the local community.
